We may use these details to inform you of new goods and services via email. To process credit card orders online we require additional information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number, and credit card expiration date. We will only use your billing and credit card information to process your order and inform you of its delivery. Please note that Diana does not keep any of your details on our website, and therefore these details are protected from any breach of security.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your desired items, choose your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Once you've added all your items, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods provided at checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

It may be possible to cancel an item(s) or change it to a different size depending on the status of your order. Please note, we are unable to accept any cancellation or modification once an order has been dispatched. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made. If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please email our Customer Care team HERE as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

How do I find a specific item?

If you know exactly what you are looking for, you can search our online store by product category under the Shop menu, or by collection under the Collections menu. Once you have selected your desired category or collection you can filter the listings further using the options on the left of the page. Throughout the site, there is also a search function in the top left-hand corner, which can be used to look for products using keywords.

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us HERE so we can urgently review the matter for you! When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items that have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your misuse, will not be considered faulty.

What payment methods does Diana accept?

All payments are 100% secure and all information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted by SSL. Currently, we accept Virtual Accounts (Bank Transfers), Credit/Debit Card, E-wallet & QR Codes, and Direct Debit

How do I know if my order is being processed?

Within 15 minutes of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Are taxes and duties included in my total?

Duties and taxes are set by the customs authorities of the respective destination country, and they will be charged at checkout. Once your order has been paid for you, there will be no additional charges.

Tax and duties

You will be charged for tax and duties at check out, there will be no additional costs to you once your order has been placed. 

Canada

Duty and taxes will be collected on all orders over CAD 20. Canada charges federal and state taxes.

Europe

Every order going to the EU is subject to tax. Duty will be collected on orders EUR 150 and over.

UK

Every order going to the UK is subject to tax. Duty will be collected on orders EUR 150 (Customs duties) GBP 15 (VAT) and over.

US

Duties may be collected on certain order. The US doesn’t charge federal taxes. Instead, it has state-specific sales tax laws that apply to business-to-consumer shipments. Depending on your location, dianaintimates.com is required to collect sales tax on every order.

AU

As outlined by the law, dianaintimates.com is required to register, collect, and remit GST to the Australian Taxation Office. Please see here for more information.

Singapore

Every order going to the SG is subject to tax. Duty will be collected on orders SGD 400 and over.

Malaysia

Every order going to the MY is subject to tax. Duty will be collected on orders RM 135 and over.

Do you ship Internationally when will i receive my order?

We use DHL-Express (https://www.dhl.com/) for all overseas shipping.

Shipping restrictions

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and the following countries: Russia, China, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Saudi-Arabia, Maldives, certain countries in Africa & the Pacific.

Am I able to track my order?

Return & Exchanges

Currently due to hygienic purposes, all merchandise acquired through online purchases including innerwear, underwear, briefs, panty, lingerie, shapewear, bodysuit, swimwear, activewear, and bras can’t be exchanged/refunded.
