MEASURE YOUR BRA

How to measure your band size?

Your Band

Stand in front of a large mirror wearing a non-padded bra. Take a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your torso at band level—just under your bust, across your back, and beneath your arms. Ensure the tape sits comfortably and evenly. This measurement is your band size.

Your Bust

Keep the tape around your back at the same level, then wrap it across the fullest part of your bust. Breathe normally to avoid tightening the tape too much—let it rest snugly but comfortably. This number is your bust measurement.

Tips to Finding the Perfect Fit

  • The center front of your bra should sit flush against your chest—any gap here usually means the cups are too small.
  • Your bra band needs to stay level and snug around your body, even when you move your arms. If it rides up or shifts, the band might be too loose.
  • Adjust the shoulder straps so they feel secure but comfortable, without digging into your skin.
  • Your breasts should be fully contained within the cups, with no spilling over the edges or any lifting of the cups, which can indicate a poor fit.
  • If you find yourself between sizes, choose the size that matches your comfort preference—go up for a more relaxed fit or down for firmer support.
